What, when, and how much you eat are ALL important. I totally agree, meal frequency is not THE factor that makes people fat (if it were this video would've been only 1 tip), but it's one (of a few) important factors.

I agree, 7 days of training is typically too much. But, just because someone isn't progressing doesn't necessarily mean they are overtraining. There are many other causes as to lack of progress.

thats alot of work doc. i am sure there are other ways to have a nice lean body without this much of a discipline.

I eat closer to every 2 hours, sometimes every three depending on my day. Here is my eating schedule:8:00AM - Protein shake10:00AM - 8 Egg whites and oatmeal12:00PM - Protein shake (right after my workout)1:00PM (Post workout) - Chicken breast and brown rice3:00PM - Protein shake6:00PM - Fish/chicken breat and brown riceI sometimes have another protein shake before bed if I'm feeling hungry.
